Our Owner Benefit Package is designed to provide protection and convenience to our Owners. The Owner Benefit Package is an OPTIONAL Service for our Owners. The current price of our Owner Benefit Package is $49 per month.
Your Owner Benefit Package currently includes the following features:
- RENT ADVANCE: Receive up to 12 months of rent payments upfront on qualifying leases. Rent Advance gives you CASH-IN-HAND while removing the risk of resident non-payment. Rent Advance applies to leases from $800 - $5,000.
- RENTAL INCOME PROTECTION: Receive up to 2 months of rental payments. Help protect your rental income from Renters that default on their rent payment. Rent Income Protection applies to leases from $800 - $5,000.
- LEGAL & RE-TENANTING EXPENSE SHIELD: Receive up to $1,000 towards the listing of a rental unit, legal costs or an eviction or other legal action, following a Tenants’ default on rent.
- PROPERTY CONDITION REPORT: Receive one Property Condition Report with a report shared with you. This assessment will be performed within 8-10 months of the lease. ($150 Annual Savings)
- ANNUAL HVAC CHECKUP: Receive one HVAC Check Up by a licensed HVAC Contractor to ensure equipment is running correctly. This checkup will be performed on up to 2 condenser units. ($150 - $200 Annual Savings)
- MARKET AND ASSET LEVEL RENTAL REPORTING: Rental Report provides Owner with updates on rental comparables in the marketplace.
- REAL-TIME LEGISLATIVE ALERTS: Receive rental report of rental listing comparables when property is vacant to see how other similar rental units are priced. Receive updates with details on new, pending and recently passed housing legislation.
- UTILITY MANAGEMENT: Many of our Owners are out of state or out of the country. We can connect temporary utility services in our name. You only pay for the cost of the connected utility. ($75 Savings Per Occurrence)
