Owner Benefits Package Features $45 / Month (Optional)
Edinson Property Management offers an Owner Benefits Package to control the variable maintenance costs for your property. We do this by breaking periodic fees into a monthly fee and offering it as a discounted bundle. Edinson Property Management coordinates home maintenance, schedules all Tenant appointments, handles all invoicing & payments. The Owner Benefits Package Fee of $45 is charged on the Owner Statement every month. Owner’s decision to enroll in this program authorizes Property Manager, Service Providers and Affiliates to perform the services included in the bundle. Owner may elect to opt-out within the first 60 Days of Enrollment. If Owner does not opt-out within 60 Days, the property will continue to be enrolled in the Owner Benefits Package for the duration of the existing lease.
